I am so happy lately. I have lost 50 pounds and even better have found my way!
At peace really. More than happy. I understand now and it all fits. Things are so simple really. You need to believe and you need to feel and you need to let go. Don't watch too much news! Don't eat bad food! Find the Message of Love and spread it around!
The sun is shining! Take a walk with your dog and if you don't have a dog go get one! ;)

Heyitstay...I am kind of where I want to be with my weight. I could lose 10 more pounds but 50 was my goal and I went from 185 to 135! The hard part is keeping it off. I work hard with my group all the time, we help eachother through.

50 lbs. is a killer hard goal. I'm waaaaaaaaaay impressed; and you're just all flowy and happy about so much. I love it!
